Really excellent service. I rang with an odd request - I needed two frying pans with plain bottoms as I wanted to engrave them myself to be awarded as prizes in a cookery competiton called "The Copper Skillet". Absolutely no problem, special order placed, and delivered within a couple of days....

I received my pan very quickly, and it was very well packed. It was great that shipping was free. The inclusion of a bottle of Barkeeper's Friend cleaner, and being sent a PDF copy of a cookbook by Falk, were both great bonuses. I would definitely buy from Falk Culinair UK again.
